After payment, the license was sent directly to my email. There was an error during activation: keys already in use, but if you read the error code, you know that you need to activate it by phone. I called India via the 0800 number and I upgraded my 11 Home to Pro. Important: read the text in the email for instructions. Very satisfied, especially for this price!
I ordered a Windows 11 key. I can't activate it through Windows because it's already been used. The help page has a nice copy-paste knowledge article stating that you can't activate it by phone, but in reality, you can't. It just loops and tells you to use the Windows settings to activate.
The forwarded key was not valid; I received an error message that the key was already in use by someone else, and I had to activate the key through a lengthy process involving a phone call and an automated voice from Microsoft. It was really incredibly cumbersome, and whether the key will remain valid is still questionable. We'll see...
