I ordered an office package for my laptop. Within a few minutes, I received an email with the activation code and instructions. However, I made a mistake myself that prevented me from activating it. After a short time, I received a new code, and then it worked on the first try. After that, I ordered a second package for my regular PC, but I received a message that I had reached my user limit. After sending an email, I was asked to try again, and everything is now working as it should. I only use Excel to create lists, so this is a perfect solution for me. I am very satisfied with the after-sales service.
