The 'software does not meet expectations' and your demand for a refund seems to us to be of a different nature than a key that does not work. A refund, in this case, would be contrary to our policy. You, as a customer, must understand this. We can therefore legally refuse a refund in your specific case based on legislation. However, we might still consider refunding your money.
