Received nothing. Still haven't. So how many stars? One or none!

Dear Ptr, our helpdesk at CD-keys.nl has reached out to you several times to resolve your issue. We have also sent you multiple emails regarding the above comment. There is clearly a misunderstanding. Despite the proposal and approval for a full refund by the directors of CD-keys.nl, we unfortunately still haven't been able to resolve this. Could you please contact us by phone so we can sort this out immediately? Please call us at +32 479 93 12 87, Heino, and discuss your issue thoroughly with the manager. This way, we can take a close look at it and take action. We are giving you another 2 weeks for this (see the posting date of this message), after which we will unfortunately have to close this case permanently. Is that feasible for you? Will you call us? (Or send us your phone number, and we will call you.) Talk to you soon. Best regards, Els from the customer service team at CD-keys.nl

Fast delivery of Windows 10 and top-notch service, received it quickly and activated it together, in just about half an hour the operating system was installed.

Windows 10 Pro key (the first one didn't work) error message. I contacted them via email. The next day I received a new key, which worked fine, so I'm a satisfied customer. Of course, fast delivery, in my email. 12 euros is not a lot of money :-)

Dear customers, we at CD-keys.nl always do EVERYTHING we can to guide you smoothly through the download, installation, and/or activation process. We do this with great pleasure and (if we may say so ourselves) very well. We are also very committed to this and want to continue doing so. Always! Unfortunately, we are noticing that we are increasingly dealing with negative (fake) reviews. Reviews from which the reviewer - in this case, Dsch - cannot be traced in any way after posting; neither by phone, email, or otherwise. Sometimes we also do not have the time to investigate and resolve key issues (even if it means issuing a refund). We regret this, but unfortunately, there is not much we can do about it... Nevertheless, we invite everyone to always consult our customer service at CD-keys.nl for any (real) 'key' or 'account' problems. Our staff is well-trained to assist you professionally and expertly, ensuring you still have a positive purchasing experience here at CD-keys.nl. @Dsch, can/will you contact us? We will resolve it right away. See you soon? Manager GV P.S.: Please note, we will close this case definitively within 2 weeks.
