For now, I am very frustrated. I just placed three orders on the site thinking I could download immediately, but I am encountering a problem: I cannot access the download interface as indicated. On the page where I need to enter the password, no field appears for me to do so. After installation, Office worked perfectly. However, after a while, Office indicated that the code was no longer active. When trying to reactivate, Office stated that the limit had been reached (multiple activations). Due to this issue, I contacted support, as the FAQ did not provide a solution.
