Dear customer, Dear Margareth, First of all, thank you for purchasing from us here at CD-keys.nl. As you can read in our reviews, 95% of our customers are satisfied with our services. Unfortunately, you are not, and we deeply regret that. We have attempted to contact you several times, in various ways and at different times regarding your case, in order to find a solution together with our helpdesk. We pride ourselves on offering quality, and in case of any issues, we always strive to resolve them immediately. We guarantee this. We respect your negative assessment, but we would like to address the reason for your very low rating. We refer you to the clear information available on many of our pages on the CD-keys.nl website, which transparently states that you are purchasing a digital license key, product key, or software code. This will be delivered to you digitally. You can download the official software via the links we have sent you, which can also be found in your email confirmation for your purchase. These links are also accessible when you view the products in our shop. This seems very clear to us. Unfortunately, we still notice that some customers do not read about what they are purchasing. In many cases, this information is clearly stated on our CD-keys.nl site. We encourage you to read it. Even when encountering error messages with the key, the useful information on our site often goes unread. Customers frequently reach out to our customer service, which can be done very easily. Of course, you can always contact us to clarify any issues, as we have an excellent helpdesk reputation that will assist you with advice and action, even after your purchase or any negative buying experience. “After all, the customer is king, even after their purchase.”
