Fast delivery. The first time, something went wrong, which prevented the product from being activated. It only worked on the second attempt. It's still a mystery what went wrong during the first attempt. In my opinion, that's an area for improvement. For that reason, CD-Keys.nl gets four stars from me instead of five.

Dear customer, dear Kk, first of all, thank you for your purchase with us here at CD-keys.nl. As you can read in our numerous reviews, 95% of our customers are very satisfied with our provided services and support. Unfortunately, you are not among them, which is regrettable. We at the helpdesk deeply regret this. In your case, we have tried to contact you several times, in various ways and at different times, to discuss your issue and find a solution together. Unfortunately, after your purchase and negative review, we were never able to establish real contact. We offer quality, and we always strive to resolve issues promptly. We regret but respect your rating of 1 star. Regarding the reason for your very low rating, "you could have mentioned that it is not the software," we would like to refer you to our website, CD-keys.nl, which contains very clear information on numerous pages. It is transparently and clearly stated that you are only purchasing the digital license key, product key, or software code from us. This is delivered to you digitally, via email, neatly, safely, and quickly. Just the key. You can download the 'latest and most current software versions' through the links we provided, which can be found in your email confirmation immediately after your purchase. These links are also available when you view the digital products in our webshop. We believe this is quite clear and straightforward, don't you think? Or have we misunderstood? All important information is unmistakably stated on our site, CD-keys.nl; just read it. In cases of error messages with a key, it often happens that customers do not consult and read the useful and important information on our site. Unfortunately, some customers also never contact our customer service to seek a solution together. This is regrettable, as it could be very easy and straightforward. Of course, you can always contact us, Kk, to clarify this, because even after your purchase or a negative buying experience, you remain our customer, and for us, you are still king. Els, from the customer service team at CD-keys.nl
