Update: after a number of emails without working codes, I received a refund. They responded quickly and were solution-oriented. The product code arrived quickly and seemed to work, but ultimately turned out to be invalid. I sent an email, received a quick response, and got a new key... but that key was already in use. I sent another email. I received another key, but it was the same story.
Everything is okay.
I was called back very quickly when I indicated that my code wasn't working. I will call tomorrow, but I have confidence that it will be resolved!
