MWPshop

I ordered multiple plates. One plate is not as I ordered. I contacted them about this, and they said it would be redone. However, there has been no response to my messages at all. I have also not received a new plate. I was very satisfied, which is why I placed a second order within a few weeks, but now I am really far from happy. Update December 23. After repeatedly trying to get in touch, MWPshop refuses to respond to me, which I find very disappointing. This is a gift for Christmas that is now completely falling apart. Thanks :-(
