Enormous choice and extremely quick response to a question I asked via Whatsapp over the weekend!

Ordered a trendy walking stick on Saturday, received it on Monday, super fast, and the stick is so nice. Neatly packaged, I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I bought after contact via WhatsApp (telephone is not possible) with the seller (a one-man operation, dropshipper), in which he assured me that the offer was for 2 walking sticks, 2 walking sticks. Only one was delivered. Through all sorts of excuses and evident incompetent behavior, he tried to get out of the purchase agreement. Thanks to ValuedShops (hats off!), the seller/dropshipper eventually backed down, resulting in the delivery of the second walking stick. I experienced this as a very unpleasant experience.

The product is good. The packaging was good. The delivery was fast. The price-quality ratio is good. In short. Amazing!
