It took over a month to receive my order. I had to track it down, and then it was not delivered to my residence as originally requested. Instead, I had to go to a pharmacy to retrieve it. It was very complicated and a waste of time. I would never order again from EMMSO.

I placed an order and it never arrived. I have been requesting a refund of the amount they charged me, which is €170, for almost two months now, and there is no way to get a resolution; they just keep giving me the runaround.

Fast delivery, perfect product.

I never received the product I ordered on 10-11-25. The website states that orders are shipped within 3 working days, and if the delivery takes longer, you will receive a notification. I have not received any information regarding the delivery. In the meantime, I have already sent two emails and have not received a response to my question about when I will receive the ordered and paid product. There is no phone number available, so I cannot contact them by phone either.

Despite having read many negative reviews on the page, my experience with my order and shipping has been excellent. Communication with customer service was good. The order arrived in 20 days, very well packaged.
