The package was not delivered by Post NL. Despite track and trace. The package was brought by a resident. They had found it in the street. Unfortunately, a car had run over it. Contacted ThreeDee. No problem at all. A new item was delivered free of charge and quickly. Kudos for the handling.

I had a minor issue with my delivery. However, it was resolved immediately. Now I am in possession of an item that exactly matches the product description and even exceeds my expectations. Full marks for the item and customer service!
Perhaps even more important than the product itself is the support provided when PostNL seemed to have lost the shipment. A good product and especially one that was delivered thanks to ThreeDee's support.
