If the product we are paying for is so expensive, when it arrives broken, don't try to upsell us products that cost nearly double. It's beyond rude and a foolish idea to do so; who wants to pay more for a higher risk of receiving another product that arrives broken or is falsely advertised? Multiple complaints I had were related to the design/product. Perhaps it should be marked that it can only fit phones that are 7 years old, etc. Or that it needs to be supported on both sides for a standing treadmill that is marketed without that information. Additionally, it would be helpful to inform us about the loud noise when folding and unfolding the treadmill.
