Good communication Easy ordering Delivery went well... The only downside is that the brand of the item is not on the site. The quality of the packaging is poor. The packages arrived late because Chronopost had to repair the parcels, and despite that, the boxes were very damaged. The non-fragile items arrived intact, but it was impossible to use the packaging for storage, which is very disappointing and frustrating.
