The customer service was very good; I had made a mistake with my order myself.

Due to the various discount codes offered (some at the end of your order) and the fact that you can only use one, it becomes quite a hassle to figure out which one gives you the best deal. In the end, one of them no longer worked. This is frustrating. The entire order had a very strong smell of some kind of detergent, which was included as a sample. One pony smelled so strongly that I had to wash it right away. I haven't played with it yet, so I can't evaluate that part.

Product of good quality and very well made. My daughter is delighted.

Nothing to say about the products, but total incompetence of the chosen delivery person.

The service from Crafty is excellent despite the catastrophic delivery delays and information from the carrier. The customer service responded to all my emails and did their best to push the carrier and try to obtain information. However, the little gift was not in the box!

Everything is wonderful. Great item, well packaged and delivered quickly.
