I find that you have to wait a long time for your order, and it's confusing when you receive an email saying it has been handed over to DHL, and then when you email to say you still haven't received anything, you get a reply that it takes 7 to 8 days? By the way, I still haven't received anything!!
After a delivery issue, Crafty Ponies was responsive in correcting the mistake. I received my complete order. I will not hesitate to recommend them for my daughter's greatest happiness.
