I placed the order on Tuesday for a birthday. Not having heard anything, I checked my account on Friday and found a message in Dutch informing me that the order had been canceled. If the order was placed again before 3 PM, it was supposed to be shipped the same day. False. The package was supposed to arrive on Monday. False. I had to be present for the delivery. Too bad.
