For over a week, the package has been stuck with Chronopost despite our follow-ups with their service. We still do not have our package; I believe it is lost or damaged. Despite our email requests, I regret to say that there has been no response from your side. I am very disappointed.
Delayed delivery. The item looks nothing like what was expected when we unpacked the package. The instruction booklet for assembly is unclear as it does not match the model we purchased. The item is expensive for what it is, especially since it is for a plush toy.
