Crafty Ponies

The plush toy was delivered with a small hole on one of its legs. After just an hour of careful use, one of the stirrups completely came off; in fact, the slot where the stirrup goes is too narrow on one side, which damages the stirrup... I am very disappointed; my daughter has been waiting for it for 6 months, and we just gave it to her for her birthday, but honestly, the quality is disappointing.

I placed the order on Tuesday for a birthday. Not having heard anything, I checked my account on Friday and found a message in Dutch informing me that the order had been canceled. If the order was placed again before 3 PM, it was supposed to be shipped the same day. False. The package was supposed to arrive on Monday. False. I had to be present for the delivery. Too bad. No information was given about where the package was left. I had to send an email and wait for the weekend to pass to get the information, in an unlikely location, closed on Monday... result.

Everything is great!

Still no news about my order. The order has been charged but there is no delivery, and there is no information on the website. No response to my email!

I still haven't received the order from 3/2. Today is my daughter's birthday, and she has no gift now.

Quite expensive overall. Especially the brush kit at almost €20... But above all, the halter at €14 and the mini lunge line at €7 are really exaggerated...
