I think it's really great, a good activity for girls who don't have a pony themselves but really enjoy horseback riding; they can channel their energy and love for horses into this. It's also fun to buy other items for a hobby horse, as it makes it feel even more real, and it's veeeeeeeeeeeeeel cheaper than a real pony, so I would choose this instead of a real horse. You can achieve so much more with this.
