Delayed delivery, from Friday to the following Wednesday. The DHL delivery person, while we were at home (a villa with a very high gate), threw the package over the gate without even taking the precaution to ring the intercom. I stayed inside my house to ensure I wouldn't miss the delivery of the package. The lack of professionalism from the delivery person, by throwing the package from a significant height, damaged the box containing the pony and the accessories. Unacceptable!
