Everything is great!

I received my package in a box that was too large and not reinforced with padding to fill the empty space, so (due to the carriers) my package arrived half open and all crushed. I thought it only affected the shipping box, but upon opening, the Crafty box was damaged as well. I wanted to give it as a gift for my daughter's birthday, and I'm ashamed to give her a torn box.

As always, a pure joy for both children and adults. Each accessory is well thought out and presented in an educational way. The beautifully illustrated books have content that is really well explained. Thank you again, Crafty!

I have not received the package; DHL notified me that it was not at the address, which is false, and they are not responding to my complaint email, so I don't know where my package is. I am very angry. JVGL06186969002135908616 This is the order number.

I ordered a set for both of my pony friends, in the color of their favorite. Well... I can tell you, it's a PARTY! I really should have done this earlier. I'm very happy with it, and also with the quick processing of everything. Kudos! Secretly, I want one for myself too, but it feels a bit odd :-D.
