I found the site worthless; this started with spinning the wheel. I received a message that I had already spun it once, even though it didn't work. My order arrived a day late, and I had clicked on the extra accessories, but that didn't happen.
The product itself is great. The customer service is also good; they respond very quickly and address the issue. Unfortunately, the order was completely wrong on the first delivery, which is why I am deducting one star. The problem was handled quickly, and now we are waiting for the new delivery!
