For now, it is negative; if this changes in the future, I will adjust my review. Ordered on November 28, but to date, I have not received anything. I had contact, and fortunately, I received a very quick response, and the gentleman followed up... unfortunately, I am not very satisfied with the answer! "Due to high volume, DHL is delayed," but it is now December 6, and the tracking still shows the same status: "Shipment not yet received or processed." I understand the busy period, but I don't understand how I can order something from another webshop on December 4 and receive it yesterday via DHL!!!

The shipping took too long, so it is going back.

Good morning, I placed an order a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped.

What a great company to order from. The delivery service DHL did not deliver the package. After a pleasant phone call, a new package was sent out. Extremely thoughtful and friendly! A happy child here on the couch with her foal! ❤️
