I bought a code for Bitdefender but the product was incorrectly described on the seller's website and I couldn't use it, I didn't get any support from YourSoftware or any other code so I had to contact PayPal for a refund which eventually happened and PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded my money, YourSoftware didn't want to help me in any way despite selling me the wrong code with the wrong description on their site. At first there was a problem with the license key and I was directed to the genuine software supplier. I Bought the Adobe Photograpy Plan for 1 year and received a code that was already redeemed, so I couldn't activate my software. After I had contact with Adobe the conclusion was that the provided links to the software were correct, but the license key wasn't. At firts there was only email contact so you can't get someone to talk to who is able to help you. Today I was called by Jamie and she provided me with a new license key and I was good to go!
