The person I spoke to before purchasing a (second) chess computer turned out to be a true Grandmaster at avoiding questions. Even questions that only needed confirmation based on factual experience and common sense (... how come the customer is the chess king here? 🤨🦄?). The boredom and laziness were at their peak. This became evident later as well. When I asked that same person if he could send an adapter as part of a customer-friendly 'after sales' service, he was already being so 'vaguely' autistic about it in the first conversation... To which he responded that sending it was not a hobby for him, but work. Well, kid. If that's the case, then go do something else, but don't let your customers feel that. Stupid. Because that's how you drive well-meaning customers out of the digital tent. As for the 'product' itself, there is little to criticize. But if that person had made it, I would have serious doubts about the quality. Yes, from now on I will go to a chess shop where the Customer is still King. Black on White. Checkmate!
