Product: Tournament 6 Wood (54x54), extra set Staunton chess pieces size 6; After placing the order, it was delivered the next day. The chessboard is beautiful, although not completely flat. Knowing that this board is handmade, combined with the price, I can overlook it. The plastic on the inside is a bit thin: Be careful with it. The chess pieces are also great. They feel nice in the hand, not too light, and they don't tip over easily. I specifically bought an extra set of chess pieces to have an extra queen on hand. It would be even better if queens could be ordered separately. I actually want another extra set of queens, but having 3 complete sets at home just for a few extra queens seems a bit excessive. (No, no, we don't turn rooks upside down. ;)

Fast delivery. Beautiful and good quality chessboard and chess pieces. However, the pieces don't stay very securely in place when the board is closed, causing them to rattle and shift.

Good service, the board turned out to be slightly damaged upon unpacking, but after I reported it with photos, a new one was sent immediately.

Beautiful and affordable chessboard. The pieces are also very nice and heavy. It's just a pity that the insert tray for the pieces is suddenly made of cheap plastic, which was not mentioned. I'm disappointed about that.

Ordered at 3 PM and received it the next day as promised, and I am also very satisfied with the product.
