Box opened and placed at the front door by POST NL Schaakkoning informed via email. Telephone contact with Schaakkoning and confirmation that if the package is not complete, to contact again. Satisfied with the chess set and the service of Schaakkoning but an opened shipment should at least be reported and investigated! For this a lower score.

The set is very large, but it looks beautiful.
The package was not delivered to my home.
Ordered on Monday evening at 8:00 PM. The product indicated that if ordered before 9:00 PM, it would be shipped the same day. Nothing happened. The next day, the delivery was only announced electronically, and it was ultimately shipped on Wednesday.
