Dear Vicky, Your order was placed on Friday evening and was sent out immediately on Monday (three days later) via mailbox post. Unfortunately, delivery via PostNL to Belgium has often taken longer lately — sometimes even up to a week — and that is unfortunately beyond my control. As I mentioned in my email, I expect the package to be delivered today or tomorrow. I always do my best to ship everything quickly and carefully, but I am (unfortunately!) dependent on the delivery services for the final step of the process.
