Amsterdam Flowers

The webshop is great, and I know that this flower shop generally has beautiful flowers. However, I never received a confirmation that the flowers were delivered.

Overall, a very good experience. Especially with the option to choose the delivery time that can be brought forward earlier in the sales process.

I have sent bouquets many times. The recipients always email us a photo of the flower arrangement with a thank you. In the photo, the bouquet usually looks exactly like it does on the website. Prompt delivery and good service.

I ordered flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend's birthday. Unfortunately, nothing was delivered to her address on the chosen delivery day. Customer service informed us that it had been dropped off at our neighbor's address, but those neighbors told us they didn't have anything for us. So we called customer service again, and they sent us the same order, which was delivered the next day.

There was something wrong with the payment. I called customer service to ask if my order had gone through. I immediately got someone on the line who helped me well. Great experience!
