Clear website, ample choice (but not too much), beautiful bouquets, fast service, they do what they say, clear communication about all steps in the process. Top.

I was looking for flowers to be delivered only after the afternoon. That is possible here, which is nice. However, I had no idea if they were delivered. Receiving a message about that would be an improvement. Furthermore, it is easy and the price is fine.

Friendly and very customer-oriented.

I have had several flower arrangements delivered. Usually the same type of bouquet: with the same name and photo. Recipients always send a photo with a thank you note. Most of the bouquets are beautiful (around €40.00). The last bouquet sent to Hoorn was slightly less impressive than the arrangement sent to Apeldoorn. However, there are often issues with the order: the address often doesn't go through right away; the street name doesn't come through. Please improve this, as we are regular customers. Even when delivery could not be made by a partner of Amsterdam Flowers, I was called to ask if another bouquet could be delivered instead. Great!
