Beautiful bouquet, but the delivery was a bit unclear. I received an email saying it was delivered to the neighbors, but it wasn't there. Later, the bouquet was delivered to the correct address. Quite confusing, but it worked out in the end.
I recently ordered a beautiful bouquet, but accidentally provided the wrong house number. I was kindly helped over the phone, and from my wife, I understood that the delivery person was very nice (and that the bouquet ended up in the right place after all).
All the bouquets are carefully arranged and look beautiful! If you forget or need to change something, they are ready to assist you.
