Pleasant customer contact and everything delivered on time. The bouquet meets expectations!

A strange message, which we have already communicated about: upon confirmation of my order, the details of the recipient were noted as the billing address. This has been discussed and was resolved.

My orders were delivered correctly and as agreed to the addresses, even outside of Amsterdam. Thank you!

The delivery person did not go upstairs in the apartment building because the neighbors were there and were aware of the delivery person's arrival. The wrong mailbox was chosen for the paper notice. I did not receive any message that the flowers had not been delivered. Ultimately, after my phone call, the recipient of the bouquet had to pick up a new bouquet.

I used to always take a little detour to pick up a bouquet from them because they really have tasteful bouquets. And friendly service. Nowadays, I also order online when I want to send someone a bouquet, even outside of Amsterdam.
