My order AF17948 was not delivered despite continuous follow-up at the end I was told that my order was delivered at some café despite mentioning the name of the hotel clearly in my order, very disappointing, I believe more than money it's about feeling and emotions. I would suggest don't go for it the representatives hardly bother to respond to your concern, please don't waste your money to get yourself hurt both emotionally and sentimentally.

The customer service is poorly accessible and does not provide a clear answer regarding the status of my order. The order was supposed to be delivered between 08:00 and 18:00.
