Amsterdam Flowers

Good experience. One area for improvement could be to offer same-day delivery even if the customer places the order a bit later (I ordered on Saturday but had to wait until Monday for the delivery). However, it was a good experience overall, and I enjoyed the bouquet of flowers.

During the purchase process, there was a note stating that a tracking code would be provided, but it was not. They also refused to provide any delivery information over the phone, only saying that "it's very busy today." They sent an email message indicating that the flowers were delivered about 6 hours after the delivery.

Wonderful, long-lasting blooms. I generally choose the month's selection or let them choose; the results have always been good. They are experts and choose much better than I do!

The flowers were very pretty. The order was delivered to a neighbor without our knowledge, but it all worked out fine, and the recipient was very happy.

The bouquet was stunning. The delivery time was supposed to be before 1:00 PM, but that did not happen; the bouquet arrived around 4:00 PM in the afternoon. I found that disappointing.

Top service and I received quality flowers on time.
