I liked that you were able to deliver them by the end of the day, although it was a bit hard to navigate through the buying process. For example, where it asked for the name, it could specify "name of the recipient," because I ended up making the mistake of putting my own name instead of the one that was supposed to receive the flowers.

Ordering online was cumbersome. The UI is not intuitive. Updates were only possible via email. No chat? No update page on the website. The order was executed on the wrong date and then again on the correct date. Overall, it does not leave a professional impression.

I selected a beautiful bouquet online for someone who graduated. I specifically chose this bouquet because of the peacock feather that was part of it, which symbolizes both 'high distinction' and 'resurrection.' I had included a card that referred to the peacock feather in the bouquet and its symbolic value... But to my surprise, the peacock feather was replaced by (3) grass-like stems... My accompanying message was completely ruined. Best regards, Odile

I don't know yet if the flowers that will be delivered on 15.10 are beautiful. But I have complete confidence that it will be fine. I'm waiting for a photo from the recipient on Friday.
