Amsterdam Flowers

A lot of choice and beautiful flowers, but - Two bouquets of flowers were accidentally sent instead of just one that I had chosen. (I had canceled the first one!). Instead of €74, I ended up spending almost €150!

Ordering through the website was easy. I ordered: flower DELIVERY. I received a confirmation of my order via email. However, this email stated that I could PICK UP the flowers the next day starting at 9 AM. This caused me some confusion. Therefore, I sent a follow-up email stating that the flowers needed to be DELIVERED. I received a quick response: the flowers would be delivered. This indeed happened, and a beautiful bouquet of flowers was delivered.

I have ordered flowers from here many times, and dealing with them by email from Canada has always been very easy. The bouquets have always been beautiful and delivered as promised.
