Satisfied with the delivery and bouquet.

After we visited the recipient two days after delivery, the flowers were wilted and faded. In short, it was anything but worth our money. We will not be doing business with Amsterdam Flowers again. Very poor experience compared to other suppliers in this genre.

On April 4, I ordered a funeral bouquet for my brother, who passed away on March 30, with whom I had no contact. It was to be delivered on April 5, the day of the funeral. Now it turns out that Amsterdam Flowers only attempted to deliver the bouquet on April 6 and again on April 7. They did not send me any email and did not try to leave the funeral bouquet with the neighbors. Now my brother's widow is complaining to my other brother that I haven't reached out at all. I had already paid for the bouquet, which cost €44.45. Amsterdam Flowers didn't even apologize. Even a company like DHL would have made a better effort. I am extremely disappointed in this company.

They really make an effort to deliver the flowers neatly. I accidentally provided the wrong house number. They called me and delivered it neatly and properly.
