Fast delivery and the correct bouquet.

Super bad service. The order was delivered a day later, even though I was promised same-day delivery. When you call them, they hang up on you... I will never order here again; they do not keep their promises.

Same day delivery did not occur. I want a refund.

The flowers were as promised. I provided a detailed address of the hospital where the flowers were to be sent to a friend. On the delivery day, I was called by two different people who said that the address I provided was a P.O. box and that flowers could not be delivered there. When I indicated that it was for the hospital and that I had communicated everything correctly, the response was somewhat cool. Later in the day, I received a second call, and that person was not very friendly and stated that I had not provided a valid address. It's frustrating to be blamed when I had communicated everything properly.
