Amsterdam Flowers

I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my partner, who was really happy with it. However, when we took a closer look at the bouquet, there were quite a few brown spots. There were also quite a few buds that we thought would still bloom. Now, a week later, those buds still haven't opened, and the rest of the flowers are really starting to turn brown. This is despite the fact that they have always had enough water. I think it's a lovely idea to give flowers this way. However, for the price I paid, €40, I expected much more. I've had flowers from Lidl that lasted longer.

Beautiful full bouquet as shown on the site. As expected. Delivered on time and with good service. The flowers also last a long time.

We ordered flowers online, and the result was far from what was promised. I understand that pictures are not contractual, but this was not acceptable. When I complained, I received a lesson on how to cut and arrange the flowers in the vase... so irrelevant. I would never order again through your website and would never recommend it.
