I am satisfied with the service. I live in Italy and my daughter resides in Amsterdam, so every now and then I like to send her flowers at home. The flowers are beautiful and look just like in the photos. If I can say just one thing, €7.95 for home delivery is a bit much, considering she lives very close to the shop. Everything else is fine.

On the site, there is a guarantee of delivery before 1 PM if you order before 9 AM. It arrived around 3 PM, and when I called to confirm the delivery time, I was informed that they didn't know. Apart from that, the flowers are fantastic.
