Amsterdam Flowers

There was something that went wrong, but I was wonderfully assisted with a new bouquet of flowers. Very sweet!

This was my first experience with Amsterdam Flowers, and it was downright catastrophic. I needed a bouquet for someone very important to me, and they delivered it incomplete. There was no chocolate included, and there was also no card with a message. I had to call that person myself and apologize for their mistake, as she didn't even know who the bouquet was from. I received the refund within two business days, but the moment was ruined. This was my first and also my last time.

Een dag later bezorgd, bij de buren geleverd maar niet aangegeven in mijn mail, vaas besteld maar niet geleverd (achteraf wel opgelost)

I love that whoever delivered the flowers thought to leave them with the neighbor because there was no one at the address to receive the flowers. At least this is what I gathered from what little Dutch I am able to read.

Notification about the product being delivered received 2 days later.

Great service. The flowers were delivered to a different house number. The resident claimed to have received nothing, which was clearly indicated. My daughter received a new bouquet today, including a card. Top service and thank you very much for that!!
