Because I had placed an order for the same day and it was only delivered on Monday, even though I had first contacted them by phone to confirm that it could be delivered the same day, and I was told yes. I emailed to express that I found this very frustrating. There was no empathy for this.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet that was supposed to be delivered within a few hours. Amsterdam Flowers did that nicely. They were also very friendly on the phone.
