Easy to order online and great service.

Ordered on very short notice and this was no problem (even for a delivery on Valentine's Day!) The whole process went quickly on the website and I was kept well informed. The delivery was also prompt, right on time, and the delivery person was friendly. The bouquet and the gift looked great. The only downside was that my message that I wanted to include for the recipient was nowhere to be found. We looked carefully but couldn't find it anywhere. Overall, we are very satisfied.

I am very satisfied with the service and the flowers, but that is to be expected since you also pay for it.

The flowers were well taken care of, but I had requested the delivery date to be February 13, and the bouquet was delivered on February 12, which was unfortunate because it was for a birthday.

The flowers looked a bit wilted... brown edges when we put them in the vase. Now, a week later, they are already drooping...
