    First time customer experience. Placed an order on Sunday, for delivery on Tuesday. Order was delivered outside of delivery time, at about 18:20, and I had to stay at work location whole this time to wait for the delivery, I have asked to not be late. 🤷‍♀️ Moreover I have ordered also chocolates to pair with flowers. Chocolates did not arrive. In the refund confirmation for chocolates they did not even manage to address me by my name.
