Excellent service, beautiful flowers delivered on time!

My experience was not what I had hoped it would be. The website is very user-friendly. I found it difficult to gauge the actual size of the bouquets; it might be helpful to add measurements in centimeters. This is especially important when offering Large and Extra Large options that come with additional costs. The bouquets I ordered in Large/Extra Large were not as big as I expected. Additionally, the cards I specified with the order were not included with the indicated text. After I drove back, I received a blank card with a ring to attach it to the flowers myself. The delivery of my order was also an issue... The delivery person called me, irritated, saying that no one was answering the door and that he was downstairs with a vase and flowers. I mentioned that I was driving to my grandmother's (95 years old) house to receive him. He said he wouldn't wait and would come back in a few minutes. I did my best to get there as quickly as possible, as the drive took 45 minutes. I was called back sooner than expected by the delivery person, who said he was once again at the door and wouldn't wait, and so on. I told him to take the bouquet with him, and I would drive to his location. Once I arrived at my grandmother's address, I saw that the bouquet had been left on the gallery in front of her door. 1. This was not what we agreed upon. 2. It was drizzling a bit, and it was very windy, so the plastic covering the bouquet had blown off, and the flowers were damaged. Furthermore, the card I had specified in my online order was again not attached to the bouquet. So all in all, I have a bad taste left from these orders, especially since I spent a total of 150/180 euros on 3 bouquets + 1 vase. Very disappointing...

It was promised that the bouquet would be delivered by 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, it was only delivered at 7:00 PM.

I would have liked to receive a message confirming whether my bouquet has been delivered. Now I don't know.
