The flowers are good, but the service is terrible. Instead of delivering before 13:00, they delivered after 18:30, even though it was a working day and not a holiday. When I tried to find out what happened over the phone, they spoke to me very rudely.
I made an international delivery; I'm based in the UK and was buying for someone in Holland. The recipient who received the flowers loved them. They were much bigger than I expected. The delivery was fast as well.
Fast service. Beautiful bouquet that lasts over a week.

No confirmation email that the flowers were delivered. Had to make a phone call first to be sure that the flowers had been delivered. Tip: Send a confirmation email when delivery has been made.
I provided the wrong date in my online order and called immediately to correct it. It was noted and they said it would be fine. Unfortunately, the wrong date was delivered anyway.
