"Not what we ordered, unfortunately."

I ordered a bouquet for my wife to congratulate her on getting a new job. The bouquet arrived just in time when she received the offer. It was a wonderful surprise for her, and she absolutely loved it.

Managed to arrange a beautiful bouquet the day before Christmas!

The bouquet did not match at all: I heard from my recipients that they found it beautiful, and I saw from the photos that it indeed met what I had ordered for them. The score would have been a full 10 based on this. However, in the confirmation letter, I was addressed as Mr./Ms. Recipient (the name of the recipient I had filled in), and that is not me! When I send it, the bouquet may need to be delivered to a different address than my own. Without filling in shipping details (except for email), it is obviously difficult for you to determine this, but I find this so poor that my overall score is only a 5! Nevertheless, I still recommend the service.
