Amsterdam Flowers

I sent a gift from Australia for my mother-in-law, and the customer service was amazing! They even helped me send it that day because of the circumstances. I am so grateful, and the arrangement was so big and beautiful.

The flowers are good, but the service is terrible. Instead of delivering before 13:00, they delivered after 18:30, even though it was a working day and not a holiday. When I tried to find out what happened over the phone, they spoke to me very rudely.

I made an international delivery; I'm based in the UK and was buying for someone in Holland. The recipient who received the flowers loved them. They were much bigger than I expected. The delivery was fast as well.

Fast service. Beautiful bouquet that lasts over a week.

No confirmation email that the flowers were delivered. Had to make a phone call first to be sure that the flowers had been delivered. Tip: Send a confirmation email when delivery has been made.
