Amsterdam Flowers

I provided the wrong date in my online order and called immediately to correct it. It was noted and they said it would be fine. Unfortunately, the wrong date was delivered anyway.

I scheduled flowers to be delivered on December 26. Your online scheduling tool allowed for this, so I believed my flowers would be delivered on that date. Instead, they were delivered two days later because of the holidays. This is misleading and caused me to miss my anniversary. I hope you will improve this system for your future clients, and I would appreciate a refund!

Beautiful bouquet of flowers for a reasonable price!

I ordered flowers over a week ago for next day delivery. I understand that Christmas is a busy period, but I never received notice that the flowers were out for delivery, and to my knowledge, they still have not arrived. I emailed last week to check the status but have still not heard anything back from them.

The service is satisfactory, and the flowers that my daughter received are beautiful. I will use you again in the future when needed. Thank you very much for making her birthday special.

I ordered flowers for Christmas. They were delivered to the neighbor without any notification. I only received them the next day at my destination. A bouquet of flowers should have a more personal touch, shouldn't it?
