Amsterdam Flowers

I am satisfied with the bouquet of flowers. However, I heard that the flowers were left at the door. I was less happy about that. It may be that no one answered the door after ringing the bell, but I expected that there would have been a phone call made in that case. I had provided the phone numbers of both the sender and the recipient.

I had a bouquet of flowers delivered to an acquaintance of mine who had been in the hospital with COVID. The bouquet was delivered, but the card, which was the main reason for my order, was forgotten and not attached to the bouquet. The recipient had to contact the flower service herself. The card was also not sent afterwards. She was told over the phone what was written on that card. I found this very, very disappointing; the impact I intended with the reason for sending the bouquet has completely fallen flat.

Limited selection, but otherwise good. Only the sender is only partially displayed on the card.

I ordered the flowers through the website. The offered bouquets looked beautiful, and the names sounded original. However, I didn't see the flowers myself because I had them delivered to my family in Amsterdam. Their reaction was certainly positive. That's why I think a 7.5 is definitely appropriate.
